The process of certification of a business or technical channel goes through the registration of the company concerned, evaluation and training of its professionals about Teclan and our solutions. The commercial channels should be integrators or companies that market solutions in Information and Commercial Technology (ICT), with experience in the teleservices segment. The technical channels should be informatics companies, providers of supplies and services, able to provide local support to Teclan clients.
