In addition to traditional access by phone and e-mail, customers Teclan have access to service support via the Self-Service Portal. This portal is one of the Teclan search results of adopting the best practices of service management, in order to provide greater agility and quality of services provided by our Customer Support Center - CSC, thus contributing, with the alignment of the dynamics of business of our clients. On the Self-Service Portal you can:

- Open calls on our Customer Support Center - CSC directly via the Internet;
- Monitor the solution of calls;
- Have access to the historic resolution of all calls;
- Access the Teclan Knowledge Base to resolve questions and seek clarification on the use of our products and services.
