Teclan Customers can rely on the technical support service 24 hours, 7 days a week, through the Customer Support Center - CSC. The service provides remote monitoring and is pro-active, allowing online monitoring of product performance in the client’s center and immediate intervention in case of any eventuality. Composed of specialized and targeted to provide support services in accordance with best practices in ICT (Information and Communication Technology), our team can be reached either by telephone or by the Self-Service Portal of Teclan.
